Automattic Raises $160 Million
In an interview, Mullenweg said that he is aiming to use the money for a number of things, including growing the business, expanding its small employee base of 240 and increasing marketing. While Automattic has been run as a break-even business, he noted that it would now begin “leaning in aggressively to take advantage of opportunity, which we all believe is a big one.”
Accidentally I opened many tabs at once when I tried to replace some words on Sublime Text. Then I realised there was no way to close all tabs without saving.
I was considering to switch back to TextMate due to this seriously but somehow I fixed the situation and now I can keep working on Sublime.
In case if you face this situation, it’s better to save files first. Once if you save all files, you can close all tabs. Then you can roll back the changes if the files are under git control.
Disabled Google Instant Search
Decided to disable Google Instant Search option which removes my keywords when I search in Japanese. That’s useful but not for Japanese search. Especially for Safari users like me.
Jawbone Up Just Broke
I heard that Jawbone Up is a bit fragile even under their heavy stress tests. Now I can say, yes it’s true at least for me.

Made a child theme
Just made a child theme to fix Japanese font issues in Twenty Thirteen. My Japanese blog is using it. It’s getting better.
Twenty Thirteen for Japanese sites
The Twenty Thirteen theme looks great and now it’s my favourite but here is a problem. The theme can’t handle Japanese fonts well. Looks ugly in some formats. I think I need to solve this somehow…
